Brief about the role:
This role is part of the Crew Resources function, responsible for ensuring effective planning, rostering, and regulatory compliance for flight crew operations. The team works closely with operations, planning, and compliance units to ensure smooth execution of daily and monthly rosters.
The ideal candidate should bring strong operational understanding of crew processes, experience in team management, and the ability to work in a dynamic, time‑bound environment with high levels of accuracy and ownership.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Business, People Management, or related fields.
Post‑graduation (completed or pursuing) is an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 4 years in aviation crew management/crew operations.
Hands‑on experience with crew management systems, rostering tools, and data handling.
Experience managing a team of 10 or more professionals.
Proficient in English (spoken and written), MS Office, and general computer applications.
Exposure to aviation compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Skill set:
Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making capability.
Ability to interpret and visualize data for operational insights.
Knowledge of airline rostering systems and crew resource planning.
