Role Description
We are hiring a Remote Sales Representative / Telemarketer who is confident with outbound sales and comfortable working toward clear performance goals.
This is a remote contract role focused on finding potential customers, starting conversations, presenting our product, following up with prospects, and closing recent paying customers.
This is not simply an appointment-setting position. You will be responsible for managing prospects through the sales process and converting qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete 100+ outbound outreach activities per working day through calls, messages, email, LinkedIn, or other approved channels.
* Identify and contact potential business customers.
* Clearly explain the product and its benefits.
* Understand the prospect’s needs and handle common objections.
* Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
* Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales.
* Work toward a performance target of 50+ new customer closures per month.
* Provide regular updates on outreach activity, pipeline, and completed sales.
Qualifications
* Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and contacting new prospects.
* Confident speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.
* Strong sales mindset with the ability to ask for and close the sale.
* Able to handle objections and follow up without giving up after the first contact.
