Role Description The District Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving business growth and network expansion within an assigned district. In this role, the individual will manage and support Spice Money Adhikaris, ensuring they are equipped to deliver digital and financial services effectively to rural customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, conducting virtual and on-ground reviews, and implementing local sales strategies aligned with company goals. The District Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, address operational issues, and ensure adherence to compliance and service quality standards. The role also involves regular reporting, market analysis, competitor tracking, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to deepen engagement and enhance customer reach.
