We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Cost Manager with 15+ years of proven expertise in cost planning, budgeting, contract management, and financial control across large-scale projects. The role involves leading cost management functions end-to-end, ensuring financial efficiency, risk mitigation, and value optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Planning & Estimation
Lead detailed cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for large and complex projects.
Prepare and validate cost estimates at various project stages (concept, design, execution).
Develop cost benchmarks and maintain cost databases for future reference.
Project Commercial Management
Oversee end-to-end commercial management of projects.
Manage contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and financial governance.
