To-Let Globe is hiring for the role of Business Development/Market Development Intern.

Role Description:

This is a part time, remote Business Development/Market Development Internship role. The Business Development/Market Development Intern will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and customer service. The intern will also assist with the day-to-day tasks associated with business development such as cold-calling and preparing presentations for potential clients.

Responsibilities of the Intern:
● Pay close attention to the customer's needs, concerns, and questions. Actively listening to their words, tone, and emotions will help you understand their
requirements and respond appropriately.
● Show empathy towards customers' issues and concerns. Be patient, even in challenging situations, and try to understand and address their problems
effectively.
● Speak clearly and use concise language to ensure that the customer understands your message. Avoid jargon or technical terms that may confuse the
customer.
● Maintain a positive attitude throughout the conversation,



regardless of the customer's tone or behavior. Stay calm, polite, and professional at all times,
aiming to resolve their queries or issues.
● Develop strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.
● Be proactive in finding solutions and offer alternatives when necessary.
● Respect the customer's time by providing prompt and efficient service. Be mindful of call duration while ensuring that the customer feels valued and heard.
● Be adaptable to different customer communication styles and preferences. Adjust your tone, pace, and approach to match the customer's needs and personality.
● Seek feedback from supervisors or colleagues to identify areas for improvement.
● Actively work on enhancing your telephonic communication skills through training and practice.

Duration: 3 months internship with 6 days training period
Location: Work from home
Working Days: 6 days a week
