Job Position: - Quality Engineer
Job Location: - Pune, Maharashtra, India (Unit 4, Plot no T51 to T55, Bhosari MIDC, Pimpri Chinchwad, District Pune 411026, Maharashta)
Job Type: - Full-time on site

SUMMARY (Overview of this Position):
To Support a comprehensive quality management system in accordance with AS9100D and all applicable regulatory, statutory and customer requirements.

Lead a department of Quality personnel to ensure effective and timely auditing of product. Support all aspects of the Philadelphia value-added distribution operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE (Needed/desired for this Position)
An undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business with related experience or a minimum of 5 or more years of related experience.
Previous Supervisory experience is required.
Current certification as an internal auditor (ISO9001, AS9100, TS16949) is preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
Strong, analytical, team player with the ability to motivate employees by way of example.
Solid root cause analysis and investigation skills.




Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work closely with employees with a wide spectrum of backgrounds and abilities.
Ability to fluctuate schedule as deemed necessary by management or as requested.
Ability to meet Near and Color Vision Requirements

TECHNICAL and/or MANAGERIAL JOB COMPETENCIES – (Specific Job Proficiencies and Skills)
Strong computer skills
Participate within the internal audit team.
Function as the Supervisor for the Quality staff within the value-added distribution facility.
Goal setting, mentoring, and evaluating of personnel are expected.
Provide back-up support in the Operations Manager’s absence.
Work closely with the Supplier to support quarantine and containment of suspect product from our manufacturers.
Provide support for direct customer interactions in the form of visits, audits, and etc.
