Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Sales to lead business development and sales activities for our Home Automation division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and key clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the smart home industry.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–10 years of sales experience, with significant experience in Home Automation, Building Automation, Smart Home Solutions, ELV Systems, Electrical, or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong network within the construction, real estate, architecture, and interior design ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business developmen
