8-10 years of experience in designing agile brands.
4-5 years of broad creative leadership experience, including managing teams and complex design projects.
An excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and digital design.
A strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
A strategic thinker, who not just understands branding but loves it. ‘Attention to detail’ should be your true love.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic design, communication design, fine arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
An effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.
Respect and value for the clock. Organisation skills and meeting deadlines should be important to you.
One who doesn’t shy away from challenges, learning new skills, or adapting to evolving industry trends.

Roles & Responsibilities | What we expect you to do

Lead design and image editing team – Evaluate, manage, develop and mentor in-house and freelance creative resources under your leadership. Manage daily workflow of the projects, the timelines and resources, to create optimum efficiency.
Develop and oversee the visual direction for all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Livspace’s brand guidelines and messaging.
Elevate and maintain Livspace’s visual identity across all digital and offline platforms.
Guide, mentor and motivate team members. Help them push the envelope to create impactful (buzzworthy or strongly influencing brand growth) ideas.
Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.
