1. Role Purpose
Invincio Services LLP is looking for a creative, proactive and execution-oriented Marketing & Content Specialistwho can independently manage the complete content lifecycle across our various digital platforms, with a major focus on YouTube and short-form video content.
The individual will be responsible for curating ideas, planning content, recording videos, editing, packaging, publishing, promoting and analysing content across multiple YouTube channels and other social media platforms.
This is a hands-on role. The person should not merely prepare content plans but should be comfortable picking up the camera/mobile phone, recording content, editing it and ensuring that the final content is published professionally and on schedule.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Content Strategy & Planning




Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for various Invincio YouTube and social media channels.
Identify content opportunities based on:
Upcoming examinations
SSB dates and entries
Student requirements
Current trends
Success stories
Faculty expertise
Events and workshops
Frequently asked questions from aspirants
Maintain an appropriate balance between:
Educational content
Informational content
Success stories
Student testimonials
Promotional content
Long-form videos
YouTube Shorts/Reels
Event coverage
Behind-the-scenes content
Coordinate with the CEO, mentors, faculty and other stakeholders to identify topics worth converting into digital content.
Maintain a structured content bank so that content can be produced and released consistently.
3. Video Recording & Production
The Marketing & Content Specialist will be expected to independently manage routine video production.
