Role Description The SaaS Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling i2Global’s virtual learning SaaS solutions to educational institutions, enterprises, and other partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The SaaS Sales Manager collaborates closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback,



and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. This role also involves tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to sales strategy and forecasting.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in EdTech or related technology sectors.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and deal negotiation.
Ability to manage a full sales cycle, from outreach and demos to contract closure and handoff.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management best practices.
Strategic mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and align solutions to business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
