About the Role :

Are you someone who enjoys working with people, solving HR challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly? People Media Factory is looking for an HR Executive – Operations to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees and department heads on HR-related matters.
Support payroll inputs and prepare HR MIS/reporting.
Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.




Ensure HR policies and processes are followed effectively.

Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.
Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
