We are looking for a Brand & Creator Partnerships qualified who can build strong relationships across both sides of the ecosystem — brands/agencies and creators.
The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, pitching creators and campaign solutions to brands, onboarding relevant creators, negotiating partnerships, and managing collaborations to drive revenue and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Partnerships & Business Development
Identify and reach out to potential brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand brand objectives and create relevant influencer marketing solutions.
Pitch WESOCIALIZEU’s creator network and campaign solutions to brands.
Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and existing relationships.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms.
Drive conversions, revenue, and repeat business from brand accounts.
Creator Partnerships
Identify, evaluate,



and onboard relevant creators across categories and platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent managers.
Understand creator profiles, audience demographics, content style, engagement, and commercial potential.
Match creators with relevant brand campaigns based on campaign objectives and target audience.
Negotiate creator commercials and deliverables while ensuring commercial viability for the company.
Develop a strong and active creator network for different categories and campaign requirements.
Campaign Management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of creator campaigns.
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication between brands and creators.
Ensure campaigns are delivered as per agreed scope and timelines.
Track campaign performance and share relevant insights with clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling, repeat campaign
