Robust experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
Hands-on experience with Career Site Builder (CSB).
Experience integrating RMK with Recruiting Management (RCM).
Knowledge of candidate attraction, employer branding, and career site optimization.
Experience with Job Alerts, Talent Communities, SEO, and analytics.
Recruitment & Functional Knowledge
Understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
Experience in recruitment workflows, candidate lifecycle, and hiring processes.
Knowledge of HR and Talent Management best practices.
Technical Skills
Understanding of XML, APIs, and SuccessFactors integration concepts.
Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and middleware platforms.
Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management and upgrade assessments.
