Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 9–14 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in React.js for front-end development and solid hands-on experience with Java or Node.js for backend development.
The candidate should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js and Java/Node.js.
Develop responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Design and develop robust backend services,



APIs, and microservices using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
Participate in application architecture, technical design, and implementation discussions.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices.
Ensure applications meet requirements related to performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
