ContractDesk is a lawyer-led, AI-assisted commercial legal advisory platform. We help businesses draft, negotiate, and manage contracts faster, without giving up the judgment of an actual lawyer on every engagement. Every matter that goes out the door has a licensed lawyer's final sign-off; AI accelerates the groundwork, it doesn't replace the call.

In a short period, and without any dedicated outbound sales effort, we've built a base of 20+ paying business clients across India and international markets including India, UK, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Finland. Our positioning: "AI does the groundwork. Lawyers make the call. You stay protected."

We've proven the product and the demand. What we're building now is the sales engine and this role is central to it.

The Role

We're hiring a dedicated Business Development / Enterprise Sales hire to build outbound sales from the ground up. There is no existing pipeline machine to inherit, you'll be building the playbook as you go, working closely and directly with the founder.





This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who wants to prove they can build a sales function, not just work within one.

What You'll Own
Build ContractDesk's outbound sales motion from scratch - prospecting, outreach, qualification, and closing for enterprise and B2B accounts
Own the full sales cycle: identifying target accounts, initial outreach, pitching, negotiation, and close
Represent ContractDesk credibly to legal, procurement, and compliance buyers - GCs, legal ops leads, CFOs - who need to trust that "AI-assisted" doesn't mean "AI-only"
Develop and refine a repeatable outbound playbook (channels, messaging, qualification criteria) as you learn what works
Build and manage a straightforward CRM/pipeline tracking process
Work directly with the founder on pricing, packaging, and positioning based on what you're hearing from the market
