Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals.



Daily responsibilities include researching and shortlisting influencers, negotiating collaboration terms, coordinating campaign briefs, and tracking performance metrics. The role involves close collaboration with internal marketing, content, and brand teams to design creative influencer campaigns and optimize them based on data and feedback. The Specialist will also support community initiatives, events, and meetups, helping strengthen Biggbell’s creator and marketer ecosystems.

Qualifications

Influencer and social media expertise, including experience working with creators and understanding platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
Campaign management and coordination skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns end-to-end.
Relationship-building and communication skills to engage creators, negotiate partnerships, and maintain long-term, trust-based collaborations.
