Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan, execute & optimize Meta, Google & YouTube Ads campaigns.
✅ Manage campaign budgets and media plans aligned with lead & admission targets.
✅ Monitor CPL, CPQL, CTR, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Admission & ROI.
✅ Develop retargeting strategies and conduct regular A/B testing.
✅ Create ad copies, headlines, hooks & CTAs and coordinate with the creative team.
✅ Execute Email & WhatsApp Marketing for lead nurturing, reactivation, webinars and promotions.
✅ Track campaigns through Meta Pixel, GA4 & Google Tag Manager.




✅ Analyse the complete Lead → Qualified Lead → Counselling → Admission funnel.

Ideal Candidate

✔ 2–4 years of Performance/Digital Marketing experience.
✔ Hands-on experience independently managing Meta & Google Ads.
✔ Education/EdTech lead generation experience preferred.
✔ Strong analytical, campaign optimization & copywriting skills.
✔ Comfortable working with advertising budgets and admission targets.
