Are you passionate about digital marketing, paid advertising, data, and driving measurable business growth? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing professional to join our team.
? Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Develop and test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
Work closely with the content, creative, sales, and business teams to achieve growth objectives.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
? Requirements




1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign analytics, conversion tracking, and optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools is a plus.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth.
