Genista Biosciences is scaling fast, and we're building a Talent function to match that pace — one that operates across multiple time zones and markets, not just one comfortable region. One day you're deep in a technical pipeline for a US-based team; the next you're partnering with a hiring manager on the other side of the world, adapting your approach to a completely different hiring bar and candidate market. That's the nature of this role, and it's exactly why it exists.
This is a remote role, but make no mistake — it demands the discipline, responsiveness, and ownership of someone sitting in the room. You'll be trusted to run with ambiguity, manage multiple live searches at once, and represent Genista Biosciences as the first real touchpoint a candidate has with the company.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open roles (tech and non-tech) — from sourcing strategy to offer close — treating each hire as a business outcome, not a transaction.
Act as a true talent advisor to hiring managers — understanding the real problem behind the requisition, not just the job description.
Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals) — the best candidates aren't always the ones actively looking.
