Senior Software Engineer
What you will work on As a Senior Software Engineer, you translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions to deliver high-quality software—today and as our product evolves.




Build and extend solutions on the Microsoft stack (e.g., Dynamics 365, X++, Power Platform), integrating cleanly with surrounding systems.
Accelerate delivery with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude): prompt patterns, protected tool-use (MCP/connector layer), and team adoption.
Be a key technical partner in the Scrum team: refine stories, de-risk solutions early, and drive a steady delivery cadence.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to shape roadmaps, trade-offs, and crisp functional/technical alignment.

What you bring:
Must-have:
5-10 years of experience in software product development (X++ preferred, full-stack .NET otherwise), including SQL and modern engineering practices.
A Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field (computer science, engineering, applied sciences, …).
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English—able to distill complex technical topics int
