About IDeA World College

IDeA World College is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment and onboarding for our growing academic and corporate teams.

This is an execution-focused HR role offering hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment – Primary Focus
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles such as Content Writers, Social Media Executives, and other support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers,



and hiring MIS.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding & HR Support
Manage offer communication and candidate documentation.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding processes.
Ensure a smooth joining experience for recent employees.
Maintain basic HR and recruitment records.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
Freshers with relevant HR or Talent Acquisition internship experience may also apply.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
English and Hindi proficiency preferred.
Comfortable with candidate follow-ups, coordination, and documentation.
Ability to work from office in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
