About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Content who lives on the internet, thinks like a brand builder, and leads like a people-first operator.
Someone who has seen both sides of the table - agency and brand - and knows how to take an idea from “Guys, hear me out…” to something millions of people actually want to watch.

You’ve built or scaled social pages from 0 → something worth talking about. You understand why organic content travels, why some videos die in the first three seconds, and why one random student moment can become the Reel everyone is sending to their friends.

You probably scroll way too much. Valuable.
But you also know exactly why you stopped scrolling.

You understand hooks, culture, formats, trends, storytelling and algorithms — but you’re not a trend-chaser.



You know how to take what’s happening on the internet and turn it into something that feels unmistakably Tetr.

At Tetr, you’ll own the entire content and social engine across channels, countries, programs and audiences.

You’ll lead the team across Creative, YouTube, Production and Video, with the Creative Directors, Producers and Video Editors reporting into you.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Category Leads to turn business priorities into content that builds brand, community, cultural relevance and demand.

And you’ll spend a lot of time with Tetr’s favourite people: our students.

Because they are the content.

The late nights. The crazy ideas. The businesses. The failures. The wins. The arguments. The adventures. The “wait, did they actually do that?” moments.

Your job is to find those stories, make them impossible to ignore, and get the world watching.
