A leading Mumbai-based architectural products company is looking for an accomplished Product Management leader to manage and strengthen its diverse portfolio across architectural hardware, digital access solutions, kitchen and wardrobe fittings, glass hardware and bath solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall product portfolio and category strategy
Study different markets, customer segments and evolving preferences
Identify market gaps, emerging trends and new product opportunities
Develop a market-led new product roadmap
Lead new product introduction—from concept and business case to launch and performance review
Drive product profitability, pricing discipline and gross-margin improvement
Monitor category,



product and SKU-level performance
Recommend product improvement, repositioning, expansion or discontinuation
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, Procurement and Supply Chain
Build a differentiated and commercially sustainable product portfolio

What We Are Looking For?

A commercially astute, customer-focused Product Head with strong capabilities in market intelligence, portfolio management, current product development and profitability management.
Experience in architectural hardware, building materials, home improvement, consumer durables or allied industries would be preferred.
