Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer (L2/L3) to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for network deployment, configuration, monitoring, incident resolution, and ensuring high availability and performance of network services.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
Handle L2/L3 network troubleshooting and resolve network incidents.
Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
Work on VLANs, STP, routing, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.
Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Participate in network deployment and implementation projects.
Perform network changes, upgrades, and maintenance as per defined procedures.
Analyze network-related incidents and provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis).




Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams for issue resolution.
Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.
Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, LAN/WAN.
Hands-on experience with Cisco/Aruba/HPE or equivalent networking equipment.
Good understanding of VLAN, STP, trunking, EtherChannel.
Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, static routing, and inter-VLAN routing.
Experience with VPN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and network security fundamentals.
Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge preferred.
Experience working in an enterprise/corporate network environment.
Exposure to firewall tech
