Silvertraq is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand in the Women's Activewear space. We're striving to find like-minded individuals to join our team and grow with the brand.

Our current open position is for a Digital Marketing Executive, the key responsibilities are:
· Understand the product USPs with the design team and strategize the launch and marketing of the products
· Assist in defining the core communication for collection for marketing & branding
· Work on Monthly marketing plan for collection launches, sale promotions and general marketing. Ensure all launch elements (Communication, Imagery) are ready before launch
· Coordinate and negotiate with influencers to ensure a steady flow of branded content
· Design content in house as well as coordinate with design agency for Social Media, Banners, Mailers, SMS, influencer marketing, and any other marketing communication channels, Meta Ads and Google Ads
· Use Design & AI tools effectively for content creation
· Brief & close photoshoot plan with agency / internally (approvals)
· Review overall launch in office - opening lines,



banner, image uploads, discount and checkout management on Shopify
· Monitor monthly campaign, marketing performance
· Plan and execute collection launches across all touchpoints with attention to detail (social, website, content, blogs etc)

Monthly Reports
· Maintain the monthly Marketing and product launch plan sheets
· Monitor and track overall business growth on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to identify what works and does not work and drive business decisions
· Weekly analysis of performance data through various tools like google analytics
· Create a monthly PL marketing report and have a strong understanding of what's working and not working on various channels

Skills & Qualification
· Degree in business or fashion marketing preferred
· Total 2+ Yrs Exp
· Excellent people and management skills to interact with cross-functional teams and third parties
· Keen interest in lifes
