Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Bhubaneswar. The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content across social platforms to support clients’ branding and growth objectives.



Day-to-day tasks include creating visually engaging posts and short-form videos, writing captions and copy tailored to different platforms, and maintaining a consistent brand voice for multiple clients. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and account managers to align content with campaign goals, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting data-driven improvements. The Social Media Content Creator also stays up to date on trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

Solid skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, image-based posts, and platform-specific formatting (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms).
Ability to plan and execute social media calendars, with skills in basic content strategy, campaign planning, and aligning content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
