Role Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive top-of-funnel user acquisition and qualify real estate prospects across digital ecosystems. This role is directly responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted multi-channel campaigns across social platforms,



search engines, and display networks to build a reliable pipeline for the land acquisition, sales, and development business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy: Design and execute high-converting inbound and outbound digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and local real estate networks to acquire qualified B2B and B2C leads.
Campaign & Content Operations: Plan, schedule, and optimize paid and organic digital content assets, landing pages, and capture forms aligned with target customer demographics.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor real-time performance indicators (CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates), manage web analytics platforms, generate actionable reporting, and iterate campaigns to maximize ROI.
Funnel Optimization: Partner with internal sales and development teams to map conversion pathways, refine lead scoring metrics, and streamline CRM handoffs.
