Role Description The CRM Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara,



responsible for ensuring team members effectively use the company’s CRM system to manage leads, clients, and follow-ups. This role includes designing and delivering training sessions, creating user guides and tutorials, and onboarding new team members to CRM processes and best practices. The CRM Trainer will collaborate with operations, counselling, and customer support teams to understand workflow needs, configure relevant CRM features, and optimize usage for data accuracy and efficiency. Day-to-day activities involve conducting group and one-on-one training, monitoring CRM adoption, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating with technical support to resolve system-related issues. The role also requires regular reporting on user performance and suggesting enhancements that improve client experience and internal productivity.
