Role Description The Student Counsellor / Academic Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at the SSi Digital Academy Bhawarkua Centre in Indore.



This role involves guiding prospective and current learners in selecting suitable programs aligned with their academic background, interests, and career goals. The advisor will conduct counselling sessions, explain course structures, clarify learning outcomes, and support learners through admission, enrollment, and onboarding processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries (walk-in, phone, and digital), maintaining accurate learner records, coordinating with training and placement teams, and tracking learner progress and satisfaction. The role also includes organizing information sessions, contributing to outreach activities, and providing ongoing academic and career guidance to support successful course completion and job readiness.
Qualifications
