Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Marketing Manager at Decode Mediacom (Ahmedabad candidates only). We are looking for a strategic, client-focused marketing qualified with a strong advertising agency background, someone who can plan and execute brand campaigns, manage client relationships, and lead coordination across creative, film, and design teams to deliver impactful work.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives, across print, digital, social, and outdoor formats.
Translate client briefs into clear direction for creative, content, film, and design teams, ensuring on-brief,



on-time delivery.
Act as key client point of contact — presenting strategies, managing feedback, approvals, and campaign timelines.
Own campaign budgets and deliverables, flagging risks and ensuring smooth execution.
Oversee brand positioning and consistency across all client touchpoints and campaigns.
Coordinate with media/vendor partners for campaign execution where required.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional resources for delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in marketing/brand management, specifically within an advertising agency (mandatory).
Strong understanding of integrated campaign planning across traditional and digital advertising formats.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
