About the Role
PhysicsWallah is expanding its K8 Publications business and is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive sales and market expansion across Tamil Nadu.
The role involves extensive field travel, building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, schools, coaching centres, teachers, and education partners, and driving product sales and visibility across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory in Tamil Nadu.
Identify and onboard current retailers, distributors, schools, coaching centres, and other education partners.
Regularly visit 40–50 retailers and school/education partners every week.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, school partners, teachers, and education stakeholders.
Ensure effective product placement,



availability, visibility, and stock levels at retail outlets.
Coordinate with distributors for order collection, stock movement, and payment follow-ups.
Drive regular reorders and improve retailer/partner productivity.
Conduct market mapping to identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
Execute promotional activities, product launches, and market activation initiatives.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
Maintain regular beat coverage and ensure strong market presence.
Track sales performance, market feedback, and partner activity through regular reporting.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
150–200 active retailers/partners managed per month.
Achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Consistent order and reorder generation.
New retailer/distributor/partner acquisition.
