Role Description The Motion Graphic Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves conceptualizing and creating motion graphics and visual assets for videos, presentations, social media, and marketing campaigns that support Agilisium’s brand and client projects.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, design, and subject matter experts to understand project goals, developing storyboards, designing graphics, and producing animated content. The specialist will work on end-to-end video production tasks such as editing, adding visual effects, syncing audio, and preparing final deliverables in required formats. The role also includes maintaining brand consistency, optimizing assets for different platforms, and staying updated on motion design trends and tools.
Qualifications
Strong motion-focused design capabilities, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills.
Solid visual design foundation with skills in Graphics and layout for digital media.
Experience with end-to-end Video Production, including editing, compositing, and post-production workflows.
Ability to translate concepts into clear visual narratives through Storyboarding and visual planning.
