Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements.
Lead functional solution design and project estimations.
Manage ERP enhancements and cross-functional projects.
Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and user training.
Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex issues.
Drive process improvements and participate across the SDLC.
Mentor team members and ensure adherence to IT standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, Associate's degree with 8+ years, or 10+ years of relevant ERP functional experience.
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, SDLC, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with QAD ERP (Standard/Enterprise Edition, EE Financials); QAD Adaptive Cloud is an advantage.
Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA preferred.
Solid analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
