We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering and hands-on experience in construction projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, the ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints, and experience in site execution, column preparation, structural work, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Read, understand, and execute work as per construction drawings and blueprints.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project teams for smooth project execution.
Handle site measurements, layout marking, column preparation, and structural work supervision.
Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily site activity reports.
Verify material usage and maintain proper site records and documentation.
Conduct site inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality control.
Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
Manage labour and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Civil Construction and Site Execution.
Hands-on experience in Site Supervision.
Experience in High-Rise Construction Projects will be preferred.
Good knowledge of RCC and structural work, including column preparation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Basic to working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Good understanding of construction materials and site safety practices.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and project management abilities.
