Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance & Accounts Manager role based at our Head Office in Tirupur.



The Finance & Accounts Manager will own the financial function end-to-end — reporting directly to the Managing Director and leading a team comprising a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, and Accounts Team.
The role covers the full spectrum of financial management: monthly P&L; reporting, cash flow planning and working capital management, receivables and payables monitoring, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC filings), audit coordination, banking relationships, fixed asset and inventory financial monitoring, and ERP financial systems oversight.
Beyond day-to-day operations, this is a strategic finance role. The Finance & Accounts Manager will be a key partner to the MD — providing financial insights, projections, and decision support for the business. The role requires someone who can read a P&L;, spot a working capital problem before it becomes a crisis, and present financial data in a way that drives management action — not just someone who closes books on time.
The role works closely with the merchandising, commercial, and factory team
