Role Description The Block Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Chhapra Bihar, responsible for coordinating livelihood and skill development initiatives at the block level.



The role involves planning and executing project activities, mobilizing beneficiaries, and maintaining regular communication with local stakeholders, including community leaders, training partners, and government representatives. The Block Coordinator will oversee training schedules, monitor program delivery, track participant attendance and progress, and ensure accurate data collection and reporting. This position also includes organizing outreach events, field visits, and awareness campaigns, while identifying local opportunities for micro-entrepreneurship and employment. The Block Coordinator will collaborate closely with the central project team to share field insights, support quality implementation, and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
