Experience: Fresher, 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations.
Candidates Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree(IHM) or Hospitality Education
2. Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training

Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Pleasing Personality and a Go-Getter Attitude
Responsibilities:
Ensuring guests’ satisfaction by responding to any concerns they may have during their stay.
Processing current reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or other forms of payment.
Updating existing reservations with any changes requested by guests.
Communicating with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met.
Answering questions about hotel services, facilities, and activities
Providing information about local attractions and activities
Coordinating the flow of incoming and outgoing guest traffic by maintaining accurate records of reservations and room assignments
Providing guests with information about rates and other policies, including cancellation policies
