Role Description The Sales Executive is a full time, in office role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing lead generation, and converting prospects into customers for ParaFit India’s customized diet plans. Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential clients, explaining service offerings, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.



The Sales Executive will maintain relationships with existing customers, gather feedback, and collaborate with nutrition and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves achieving sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, and representing the brand at local events or promotional activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, customer service, and consultative selling.
Ability to conduct persuasive presentations, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
Strong communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and professional written communication.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or spreadsheets for managing leads, follow-ups, and sales tracking.
