We’re looking for a Publisher Director to help us build and scale Pantech’s global publisher ecosystem at a serious level

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Bringing in and scaling high-quality publishers
• Building strong partnerships with affiliates, ad networks & media buyers
• Matching publishers with campaigns for maximum performance
• Negotiating deals, solving escalations & scaling revenue
• Driving exclusive partnerships and long-term growth opportunities
? You’re a fit if you:
✔ Have strong affiliate/publisher ecosystem experience
✔ Already have solid publisher & traffic source connections
✔ Know how to scale supply rapid
✔ Can thrive in high-pressure, high-growth environments
✔ Have strong commercial & negotiation skills
