About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused *Marketing & Content Manager* to drive the launch and growth of RUHEVA across digital and offline channels. This role will own content, social media, creative development, AI-powered marketing initiatives, and on-ground brand-building activities.
The ideal candidate combines strong marketing fundamentals with hands-on expertise in modern AI marketing and creative tools, enabling the brand to scale rapidly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Launch & Marketing Strategy
* Support the launch and growth strategy for RUHEVA in India and international markets.
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Create and manage marketing calendars, campaign plans, and launch timelines.
* Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
End-to-End Social Media Management
* Own and manage all social media platforms.
* Develop content strategies and posting calendars.
* Monitor engagement, community interactions, and audience growth.
* Drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through organic and paid initiatives.
LinkedIn Management
