Role Description The HSE Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for overseeing health, safety,



and environmental standards across waste collection operations, material recovery facilities, and related sites. This role includes conducting regular safety inspections, monitoring compliance with local regulations and internal policies, and identifying risks in daily recycling and logistics activities. The HSE Supervisor will develop and implement HSE procedures, deliver training and toolbox talks, and maintain records of incidents, corrective actions, and safety performance indicators. The position also involves collaborating with operations, fleet, and facility teams to embed protected work practices, manage emergency preparedness plans, and support continuous improvement in environmental performance and worker well-being. The supervisor will engage with diverse workforce groups, ensuring inclusive, practical safety communication and adherence to best practices on the ground.
