The Senior Engineer will lead a team of service engineers, ensuring the efficient installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS equipment. Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a team of field service engineers for Online UPS 3PH equipment.
Perform installation supervision, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS systems.
Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance practices.
Identify and report failure modes, and determine the root causes of issues.
Solve UPS problems in office and provide detailed reports.
Manage and prioritize breakdown calls and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure timely resolution and performance improvement of handled machines.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
Maintain and manage spare parts inventory for efficient operations.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the field.
Qualifications
B-Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems and battery maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel within the Delhi NCR region as required.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to UPS equipment.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for maintenance and reporting.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
