Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new partnerships, driving admissions growth, and expanding the institute’s market presence in Purvanchal and surrounding regions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting with potential corporate and academic partners, managing lead-generation activities, and nurturing relationships with students, parents, and institutions.



The Business Development Manager will plan and execute local outreach campaigns, presentations, and events to promote Mastermind Gurukul’s courses, while closely tracking performance metrics and reporting results to leadership. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine offerings, improve the admission experience, and ensure alignment with the institute’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, preferably within education, training, or professional services.
Experience in marketing outreach, including educational counseling, event promotion, and partnership-building with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and convert leads to enrollments.
