Role Description The Travel Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. In this position, the specialist engages directly with prospective and existing travelers to understand their preferences, recommend destinations and itineraries, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to leads, conducting consultations, preparing travel proposals and costings, and managing the sales pipeline.



The role involves coordinating with operations and partner teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements, providing pre-trip and post-trip support, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The specialist is also expected to contribute to sales targets, participate in product training, and share feedback to refine travel offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with travelers, understand needs, and provide transparent, empathetic support.
Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities to convert inquiries, handle objections, and work toward revenue and booking targets.
