5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment
Solid experience in Philippines recruitment
Hands-on experience with APAC / SEA hiring
Strong technical recruitment experience across IT roles
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & direct sourcing
Experience hiring for niche technology skills
Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
Experience with ATS, recruitment reporting and hiring metrics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
