SSRC Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (Shree Shyam Road Carriers) is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Store Manager to join our team full time at our garage facility in Kundaim, Goa.

? Location: Kundaim, Goa (On-site, Full-time)
? Role Overview:
You will take complete ownership of our garage store. From tracking every single part that moves in and out, to managing vendor purchases and maintaining meticulous digital records, you will ensure our fleet has exactly what it needs, when it needs it.

? Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Inventory Control: Manage all daily store operations within the garage, strictly logging all inbound and outbound spare parts and supplies.
Procurement & Purchasing: Handle the purchasing of all garage inventory. Source reliable vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of parts.





Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming stock for quality and compliance, ensuring all spare parts meet our strict internal standards (e.g., verifying manufacturing age limits are met before acceptance).

Digital Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and real-time data across our digital logs, updating routine tracking documents (like Job Cards and Tyre Management sheets).
Stock Optimization: Conduct regular physical inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and proactively order supplies to prevent shortages or delays in fleet repairs.

? What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Inventory Controller, or in a similar procurement role (experience in logistics, fleet management, or automotive spare parts is a massive plus).

High proficiency in digital tracking tools, specifically cloud-based softwares and inventory spreadsheet management.
