This role sits at the intersection of growth, partnerships, and distribution—working directly with the founder across two fast-growing platforms:
A high-engagement ADHD awareness & community platform (adhd.yar)
A content-first learning platform (Content Gurukul)
If you enjoy cold outreach, closing collaborations, and figuring out “how do we grow this faster?”, this is for you.

? What You’ll Do
Drive 0→1 partnerships with brands, startups, and creators
Identify and close collaborations (Instagram, LinkedIn, communities)
Own outreach funnels (DMs, emails, follow-ups, tracking)
Work on distribution growth (not just content posting)
Spot and execute growth experiments every week
Support founder on new initiatives, monetization ideas, and GTM

⚡ What We’re Looking For




1–3 years experience in growth / partnerships / founder’s office / marketing
Solid bias for action → you don’t wait, you do
Comfortable with cold DMs, emails, and closing conversations
Good understanding of Instagram / LinkedIn / creator ecosystem
Highly organized (Google Sheets, tracking pipelines, follow-ups)
Clear communicator (written + verbal)
