Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a partl-time, remote role responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth for FOMORA. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and qualifies leads, conducts outreach through calls, emails, and online meetings,



and presents FOMORA’s digital marketing services to prospective clients. The specialist will conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs, using insights to refine outreach strategies and proposals. Responsibilities include nurturing relationships with prospects, coordinating with the marketing and service delivery teams to tailor solutions, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves following up on inbound inquiries, providing responsive and professional customer service, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and growth strategies.
