Business Development Lead / Manager

Galaxy Weblinks is looking for a Business Development Lead / Manager to drive our growth across international markets, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, and create new business opportunities for our custom technology solutions.

What You'll Do
Drive inbound lead conversion from initial enquiry to qualified business opportunity and closure.
Identify and research target companies, industries, decision-makers, and buying opportunities.
Build and execute personalized email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns.
Nurture prospects through the complete sales funnel with strategic and consistent follow-ups.
Acquire and develop international/overseas enterprise clients through multiple channels.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Understand client business challenges and confidently pitch custom IT solutions.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and solution pitches.
Maintain, develop,



and expand the prospect and account database.
Work closely with internal technical teams to understand and position the right solutions for clients.

What We're Looking For
9+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, IT Sales, or B2B technology sales.
Solid understanding of custom IT services, including:
Web & Software Development
E-commerce Solutions
Mobile Application Development
Proven track record of converting inbound leads into business opportunities.
Strong expertise in lead generation, prospecting, nurturing, and account profiling.
Hands-on experience with Email Outreach and LinkedIn Prospecting.
Ability to understand and explain complex technology solutions in simple business terms.
Good understanding of SDLC and web/mobile development concepts and frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and selling skills.
