Role Description The Sr. Training Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for frontline and operational teams to ensure consistent product quality, service standards, and customer experience.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs analysis, creating training content and modules, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and maintaining training documentation and reports. The Sr. Training Executive will collaborate closely with operations, HR, and store/kitchen leadership to align training with business goals, support performance improvement, and drive adherence to standard operating procedures. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, coaching team members, and supporting new location launches or process changes with structured training plans.
Qualifications
Strong training design and delivery skills, including experience in creating training modules, conducting workshops, and facilitating on-the-job learning.
Competence in performance evaluation and coaching, with the ability to assess skill gaps and provide constructive feedback to divers
